Tour Information & Liability
- After you book a trip, we assume you understand our standard trip policies
- All traveling passengers must follow the rules on board and in the field.
- The boat you are using is the boat that you and we have agreed on together according to the picture. If the boat does not match the agreement, you have the right to cancel the program with us and pay back all the payments you have paid
- Itinerary is temporary and can change according to conditions and situations in the place/field.
- For the period at the end of December – March, the weather in Labuan Bajo is unpredictable due to the rainy season
- All service packages will be provided according to the detailed service program information which is included in the price. additional program activities or other additions will incur additional costs.
- The tour guide will provide a briefing (briefing) once before sailing and once during sailing.
- Participants who have a history of diseases such as asthma, hypertension, heart disease, acute gastritis, epilepsy, etc. It is recommended to consult a doctor and must bring personal medicines and a travel permit.
- It is strictly forbidden to litter, if caught by our team, we will be fined 150 thousand/garbage
- This trip is a physical activity, try to fit your body condition.
- During the trip, we adhere to the principle of safety first, so if the weather is not favorable, some itineraries will be changed for the safety of participants
- Each participant is expected to prepare all forms of equipment or personal needs before the boat sails such as medicines, personal snacks and others
- While on the boat, each participant is expected to obey and obey every guide’s instructions, for smooth and mutual safety
Booking Procedure & Confirmation
All tour booking must be sent through our company’s e-mail addres gmail.comreservation1daytripflores@g or Whatsapp Message to get Fast responses. And then there will be an official confirmation from us after we already got your Down Payment to secure your tour booking. To ensure prompt confirmation please supply us with the following details;
- Name
- Total pax,
- Date of arrival and departure,
- Flight number,
- Hotel preference,
- Type of the room or other component that important for your tours.
- Guest Preference ( any kind of allergic , dietary, any sepecial request)
Please to tell us early your reservations to keep your booking components at least 3 weeks in advance and during the high season you have to confirm 1 months in advance before your arrival in Indonesia.

Payment Method
- All tour prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) .We need Down Payment to confirm and secure your tour booking with us.
- We are so sorry for NOT ACCEPTING Credit Card Payment. Recommended Down Payment is by only using Payment by Bank Transferred, transfer wise, revolut
- We advise to confirm your booking a tour with us by payment instruction below :
- Deposit 30% from total amount in advance as a down payment confirmation , after you reserve a suitable package.
- Rest payment 70% need to paid 30 – 1days before your arrival in Labuan bajo
- Deposit 30% from total amount in advance as a down payment confirmation , after you reserve a suitable package.
- PayPal/Bank administration fee is not calculated in our tour Quotation.
- Your payment billing confirmation will be sent back to you after we confirm to our bank account, the billing will used by you to get our service in komodo Labuan bajo or Flores surroundings according to your tour agreements with us.
- Please inform us as soon as you had transferred Down Payment to us.
- The payment will be made directly to our bank account after we fixed all the tour bookings agreement.
- Please Noted that we don’t take any responsibility over the payment of bank fees resulting from transfer of funds. Any such fees are your responsibility.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If your clients have to cancel their program, following cancellation fee would be applied as follows :
- 90 days prior to arrival 20% of the total amount.
- 60 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount.
- 30 days prior to sailing 50% of the total amount
- 14 Days Prior to arrival 75% of the total amount
We reserves the right to cancel the tour in any circumstances (such as weather and sea condition) beyond our control with or without prior notice.
- Cancellation prior to departure, full refund of the total cost paid will be made. Client will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of the tour.
- Where the running tour is interrupted by circumstances beyond our control, refund amount should be calculated what is deemed to be a fair proportion of the tour cost. We are has no responsibility for any compensation or other cost client should expense caused by the cancellation trip.
- If there is a major changes is made prior to departure, client may should to choose :
Accepting the changes and alternatives arrangements with or without compensation to the client or with a refund of the different in price . cancelling the tour program and obtaining a full refund .
Travel Insurance
We would be pleased to suggest and recommend to our clients that, it really ensures that, your any kind of Insurances have been covered in reliable Insurance company in your country due to this does not include on the tour price. So, please be so kind to take your owned any kind of Insurances with you during your traveling date to our region
Please! inform us your exact flight schedule to arrange your pick up and drop off service at the airport. It often has a problem with irregularity of domestic flight schedule in Indonesia such as: delay and cancellation. So, Please! Re-check or Re-confirm your flight schedule in airline company where you purchased or issued your ticket at least 48 hours before flying. All departure and arrival time provided by the airline are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational or maintenance requirements. Lingko Travel is not liable if there is any change to the flight schedule. We are not responsible for any losses suffered if client delayed and misses any flights.
We always try to do best our job to make you happy and satisfied during your travel to our region. We act only as a local tours agency who arrange your tours, transportation, accommodation, boat tour service, tour guide service and other tour components included in your tour package. We do not responsible for anything missing, damage, delay, cancellation or irregularities of flight schedule, minor or major accident including death, any natural disaster such as: bad weather, landslide, storm, rough sea or any force- major which are beyond of our control.
Cash (IDR) for personal expenses, trekking/walking shoes, trousers, long sleeves, sweater, jackets, raincoat, good resistant of walking booth (in rainy season), sun glasses, sun hat, mosquito spray, malaria prevention pill, sun lotion, swimming suit, , sandals, camera, video camera, , passport and other important things which are unmentioned here.
We don’t put a price in each of tour program on our website. All are depending on your requested. We have some set tour program, but we also can customize them according to the local condition. And if you have your owned tour program, we will suite it to your requested but, Please kindly tell us ahead in order to enable us to try matching it accordingly.
